We appreciate all your kindness…
To all at Phillips Care Agency Ltd.
As a family, we wish you all to know that we appreciate all your kindness and care you gave to our mother FJ.
No words can express how grateful we are that you were all there for her in her hours of need. Her dignity was retained until the end and we can never repay except with our appreciation of the hard work and devotion you gave to her.
Thank you so much.

21 Years trading..
We are pleased to announce that Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd has been trading since June 1996. That makes us 21 this month. We are happy to have provided quality care services and local employment opportunities to a great many individuals over the years, and we hope to still be providing the same level of care and employment over the next 21 years. We’d like to thank all our past and present staff for their commitment to their roles within the community and to all the support the local authority and community have given us over the years.
Health & Safety training
Well done to members of our care staff who took part today on our latest Health and Safety training session and to our new recruits on induction for taking part. The training was presented by Mrs Patricia Stubbs.
Our latest Dementia Friends
Pictured are our latest staff to take part in our Dementia Information sessions to achieve their Dementia Friends Badges. We’re placing all our staff on these sessions to help to reduce the stigma surrounding people living with dementia.
It is with deepest regret …
It is with deepest regret that we have to inform you that Mr Philip Michael Osbiston (Michael Phillips) sadly passed away on Friday 20th January after a long period of ill health.
Mr Osbiston established Michael Phillips Care Agency back in June 1996 and retired from active input following a period of ill health in 2001. He was a good friend and business man and will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.

Congratulations are in order today…..
Today I would like to congratulate Miss Lydia Hughes on becoming our new CSSIW Registered Responsible Individual at Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd.
Lydia has been working here since she was just 14 years old, and had achieved her position of company Finance Manager for her hard work over the last 12 years. She, like all our employees within the company, is an asset and we are all very proud of her to have gained this position at such a young age.
Lydia is pictured with our Registered Manager Ms. Karen Hughes.

Lucky to have joined your company
Hello
It was while I was making my mother’s breakfast that I noticed that the teaspoons had been polished to a high shine. It had been on my very lengthy ‘to do’ list and made it very clear at how lucky we were to have joined your company. Previously I had to go around with a quick hoover and dust when I could because these things rarely happened! (at the previous agency)
I would like to thank you for providing a proper service and giving me the opportunity of being able to relax a lot more!
Cheers
DK
New Tunics
Marie kindly agreed to model one of our latest tunics today.
If you want to order yours, come and have a look at the sample in the office. We chose deep red to keep to our company colours and so as not to confuse any clients. Along with the latest red polo shirts, you should be able to spot our staff easily.
We are currently recruiting so why not give us a call on 01745-350923.
