It was a very humbling experience to attend the National Training and Modern Apprenticeship Awards on 12th November 2009. The dedication and visionary approach by all finalists attending (including ourselves) was inspirational. The event was very positive and energising and the overall feeling on the night was one of admiration for all the winners and finalists alike.

Without the dedication our employees have to their own development and future purpose of Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd, we would not have been selected as a finalist in the Employer Catergory for Modern Apprenticship delivery.
