Personal Care Calls

If you require assistance with personal care or intimate personal care, then look no further. We are dedicated to the promotion of dignity and privacy and will treat you with the respect you deserve. Our aims as a domiciliary care provider are to assist clients to remain living independently for a long as they can do so safely, within their own homes

We understand that every person is unique in their own special way, and encourage everyone to make their own choices with regards to their daily living needs.

Our carers are trained in all aspects of manual handling and hoist manoeuvring through our in-house training facility, thus, enabling us to continually update the training of our care staff. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call should you require further information.

Meal Preparation

For whatever reason, we offer you a meal preparation service in your own home. Our staff will attend your home and prepare a meal of your choice, whether it’s cheese on toast or a full roast dinner. You could have just one call a week, or a variety of calls, it’s entirely up to you what level of assistance you require. Our objective is always the same, to enable you to remain living safely in your own home.

Full Assessment

When you call us initially we will send out either our Private Client Representative (Marie) or one of our other in-house assessors to discuss in full, your needs.  Their visits are free of charge to determine whether we are able to help you or can signpost you to other professionals or otherwise.

If our services are required, we will then carry out a full assessment of your needs.  We will try to discover what you can do for yourself, how you like to live your life, what you like to do and what matters to you.  Then together, we will work with you to build an action plan to achieve your chosen outcomes.

Remember, you only pay for the care you receive, all assessments are carried out free of charge as we may at that point discover that you would be more suited to another service available in the community.  If you feel that you may need some assistance, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
