Today I’d like to thank and congratulate Ms.Jayne Haimes, my Senior Care Manager for her dedication and continued support over the last 10 years with Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd. Jayne started working for me in 2003 as a home carer and has progressed through training and development to her current position as my trusted colleague and right hand (wo)man. The entire team and myself wish Jayne every success over her next 10 years with Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd as we continue to expand.
Today 10 new employees attended a training session entitled ‘Dying, Death & Bereavement’. This training session is part of our induction programme for all new starters with the company.
The session was delivered by Marie Evans who is one of our in-house trainers. Well done to all.
Today we had our new Photocopier/fax/scanner etc installed at Michael Phillips Care Agency Ltd.
We’ve used a local firm Office Equipment Systems who could not be beaten on service and price. Pictured with our Quality Representative Trish, are Mark Hughes and Dan Nixon of Office Equipment Systems.
Nothing was too much trouble for them during installation and we very much look forward to seeing them again during their servicing visits. It will make a big difference having them on our doorstep, whenever we have any problems or questions.
On the 9th July 2013 Jayne Haimes our Senior Care Manager and Garry Stamford our HR Officer attended a recruitment event held at the Tasta Academy in Rhyl.

On Tuesday 11th June 2013 two of our employees attended Sainsbury’s in Rhyl for the day, promoting the agencies services.
Michael Phillips Centrepoint Ltd is unfortunately closing on the 26th April 2013. After 21 very enjoyable months with our Service Users we are sadly closing for the last time a week on Friday. Our latest CSSIW inspection report was published on the 9th November 2011.
