The Deputy Minister for Skills, Jeff Cuthbert, presented our Employer  Pledge award for our commitment in supporting essential skills training for our workforce, at the Essential Skills in the Workplace awards event, held in February at Llandrillo College. The Employer Pledge is a national strategy allowing employers to show their support for employees wanting to improve their literacy and numeracy skills.
